MY PATH TO NATURAL MEDICINE
A whole-person perspective.
After more than a decade as a psychotherapist, I had developed a strong appreciation for approaches that honor the whole person. My path toward psychedelic work began with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy training and the experiential component of that training.
That experience expanded my understanding of the potential depth of psychedelic work when approached intentionally and responsibly. I pursued psilocybin facilitation under Colorado's regulated natural medicine framework because I wanted to offer a legal, professionally supported option as this field developed.
Since then, I have had the privilege of holding space for people doing psychedelic work and witnessing opportunities for growth, perspective, connection, and meaningful personal exploration.

MY APPROACH
Support without directing the experience.
My role is to help create a grounded container, support preparation and safety, remain present during the experience, and help participants make sense of what matters afterward. My psychotherapy and whole-person background inform how I hold that space, while natural medicine facilitation remains a distinct service with its own scope and regulatory framework.
