Colorado regulated natural medicine
Colorado regulates natural medicine services and natural medicine businesses. The experiences described on this site are intended for adults 21 and older and are subject to required screening, informed consent, applicable rules, facilitator scope of practice, and the requirements of the location where services are provided.
Psilocybin remains illegal under federal law. Colorado law and regulations may change, and eligibility for services cannot be determined from website content alone.
No guarantee of outcome
Natural medicine experiences vary significantly among individuals. No particular psychological, spiritual, relational, or health outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Screening and additional clearance
A consultation is not an approval to participate. Required screening occurs before natural medicine services. When screening identifies risk factors that call for additional involvement, medical or behavioral-health evaluation or clearance may be required before services proceed.
Natural medicine facilitation and psychotherapy
Jeremy Leavitt's professional background may inform his approach, but natural medicine facilitation is a distinct regulated service. Participation in natural medicine services does not by itself establish a psychotherapy or medical treatment relationship.
Transportation and emergencies
Participants must follow the agreed transportation and discharge plan and should not drive after an administration session. This website and its contact methods are not monitored as emergency services. For an immediate emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Travel and lodging
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular experience, participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals, and transportation.
