THE EXPERIENCE JOURNEY
What happens, and when.
The experience is more than the dosing day. Screening, preparation, logistics, administration, and integration are all part of the process.
Consultation & Screening
We begin with a conversation about what you are looking for, your history, goals, and readiness. Required screening helps determine whether participation is appropriate. If screening indicates that additional evaluation is needed, medical or behavioral-health clearance may be required before moving forward.
Preparation
Preparation begins before travel and may include individual work as well as group preparation for retreat participants. We cover intentions, expectations, practical planning, questions, and how to approach the experience with openness and a grounded frame.
Arrive in Denver & Final Preparation
Participants arrange their own travel and lodging. After arrival, additional preparation may take place individually, with the group, or at another appropriate location before the administration session. This time helps participants settle in, reconnect with intentions, and address final questions.
Natural Medicine Experience
The administration session takes place at a licensed healing center with a licensed natural medicine facilitator. Support is provided throughout the dosing experience, followed by same-day post-experience time for grounding and initial processing.
Transportation & Rest
Participants do not drive themselves after dosing. A ride back to lodging is arranged so the remainder of the day can be used for rest, reflection, and allowing the experience to settle.
Integration
Integration may take place the following day or be scheduled virtually several days later. The focus shifts from simply recounting the experience toward understanding what felt meaningful and considering how insights may be carried into everyday life.
A REGULATED SETTING
Legal natural medicine in Colorado.
Colorado has established a regulated natural medicine framework for adults 21 and older. For the experiences offered through Natural Medicine Retreats, administration is planned at a Colorado-licensed healing center with a Colorado-licensed natural medicine facilitator.
Regulated natural medicine used in this setting comes through Colorado's licensed supply system. Required testing includes tryptamine-content analysis, and applicable rules also address contaminant testing, labeling, transfers, and inventory tracking. The amount consumed is documented as part of the participant record.
What you arrange
Travel to Denver, lodging, meals, and transportation after the administration session are arranged by the participant unless otherwise specified for a particular event.
You should not plan to drive yourself after dosing.
